Great Invocation

From the point of Light within the Mind of God

Let light stream forth into the minds of men.

Let Light descend on Earth.

From the point of Love within the heart of God

let love stream forth into the hearts of men.

May Christ return to Earth.

From the centre where the Will of God is known

Let purpose guide the little wills of men

The purpose which the masters know and serve.

From the centre which we call the race of men

Let the Plan of Love and Light work out.

And may it seal the door where evil dwells.

Let Light and Love and Power restore the Plan on Earth.

The Disciple's Affirmation is something I include in my morning meditation every day...

Disciple's Affirmation

I am a point of light within a greater Light.

I am a strand of loving energy within the stream of Love divine.

I am a point of sacrificial Fire, focused within the fiery Will of God.

And thus I stand.

I am a way by which men may achieve.

I am a source of strength, enabling them to stand.

I am a beam of light, shining upon their way.

 And thus I stand.

And standing thus, revolve

And tread this way the ways of men,

And know the ways of God.

  And thus I stand.

So what is a White Magician? The very basics of the path I walk are as follows...

 A Treatise on White Magic - Rule One

1. The White Magician is one who is in touch with his soul.

2. He is receptive to and aware of the purpose and the plan of his soul.

3. He is capable of receiving impressions from the realm of spirit and of registering them in his physical brain.

4. It is stated also that white magic -
a. Works from above downwards.
b. Is the result of solar vibration, and therefore of egoic energy.
c. Is not an effect of the vibration of the form side of life, being divorced from emotion and mental impulse.

5. The downflow of energy from the soul is the result of
a. Constant internal re-collectedness
b. Concentrated one-pointed communication by the soul with the mind and brain.
c. Steady meditation upon the plan of evolution.

6. The soul is, therefore, in deep meditation during the whole cycle of physical incarnation.

7. This meditation is rhythmic and cyclic in nature as is all else in the cosmos. The soul breathes and its form lives thereby.

8. When the communication between the soul and its instrument is conscious and steady, the person becomes a white magician.

9. The soul dominates its form though the medium of the sutratma or life thread, and (through it) vitalises its triple instrument ( mental, emotional and physical) and thus sets up a communication with the brain. Through the brain, consciously controlled the person is galvanised into intelligent activity on the physical plane.

At this present time I reside in a small village on the coast of North Devon in the UK. But that is soon to change.

For the last couple of years my spiritual path and growth has fluctuated around my physical health. This is not unusual for a student of white magic but it has only been recently that I have realised just how 'stuck' I had become. I had been ignoring obvious signs and getting lost in dissociative behaviours. it has taken the slow degeneration of the feelings in my legs, chronic fatigue, PTSD and the resultant complete breakdown in finances to kick me up the backside.

I confronted the problems I had been ignoring for several years and tackled them head on. That brought about the realisation of my attachment to material objects and the lingering reasons why I had tried to maintain my home in the village, which were no longer possible.

Letting go and making steps to move on has brought an immediate improvement of my physical health and a wonderful sense of emotional freedom. But, most importantly, synchronicity is once again at work in my life. Having opened myself up to the potential of moving, and taking steps to make this possible, a huge weight has been lifted and events are conspiring to move me in the right direction ... and what an exciting future that is turning out to be.

The last couple of months have seen me restored to my spiritual path, a re-connection to my soul and alignment with purpose.

This diary blog is an affirmation of who I truly am, my connections in the world and my purpose within it. It is my actions, thoughts and realisations as I move forward into the next stage of my life.
